Chris Luna is an accomplished attorney with a strong background in business transactions, sales and distribution, government affairs, and nonprofit law.

Chris was Vice President, Legal Affairs at T-Mobile USA, Inc. (NASDAQ: TMUS) where he served as chief counsel for sales and distribution. Prior to that, he was chief counsel for the Metro by T-Mobile prepaid brand and deputy general counsel at MetroPCS Communications, Inc. (NYSE: PCS) with a broad legal portfolio.

He also believes firmly in developing tomorrow's leaders, which he exhibited by being an adjunct professor at Southern Methodist University School of Law (lawyering skills), El Centro College (paralegal program), University of Texas at Dallas (local government), and Richland College (business law). Chris previously served on the President’s Hispanic Advisory Council at the University of Texas at Arlington.

Prior to MetroPCS, Chris was corporate counsel and deputy restructuring counsel for Allegiance Telecom, Inc. (NASDAQ: ALGX). He also served as general counsel for Tri-City Health Centre, Inc. a non-profit hospital corporation and has represented and advised several non-profit organizations. His law firm career included the firms of Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld and Sheinfeld, Maley & Kay, both in Dallas. Chris clerked for Chief Judge Robert C. McGuire, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin School of Law and UT's business school in accounting.
