The Tasting Lounge is our bar within the distillery. It's a place to take a date, listen to some music, or just savor one of our latest artisan cocktails and relax with friends.

Its 1100 square-feet is just off of the distillery floor. You can sometimes even see from the room our staff busy tending to the art of making fine botanical spirits. Big enough not to feel crowded, but small enough for that special intimate atmosphere needed at the end of a busy day. Open 6 nights a week, our Tasting Room welcomes anyone who wants to enjoying the pleasures of botanical spirits only offered at one of Dallas' most uniques venues: New Artisan Distillery.

The Tasting Lounge, along with the Distillery, are available for private parties and functions.
"Visitors will get to see and smell the sarsaparilla and the cocoa nibs.We're getting our grapefruit peels from Buda Juice, so we pick up that waste stream, and that's what gives our gin those bright, citrusy notes."
